If you are a current CAFCU member with an existing CAFCU Visa credit card, you can initiate a balance transfer by:

• completing our secure Balance Transfer form in digital banking
• Log into digital banking and select Tools
Under Tools, select Secure Forms
Next, select Balance Transfer
Enter the required information and click Submit (don’t forget to send in your most recent credit card) statement
You will receive a response within 1-2 business days regarding your request 
• calling our Member Center 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday at 1-800-359-1939
• filling out the Balance Transfer form on our forms page
